Tour Description

Free walking tour covering the history of Lincoln's Roman past; taking in the city's Roman remains and painting a picture of life in Lincoln 1800 years ago. The walk traces the route of the old city walls and gates as well as key locations within the city such as the forum and baths. The tour takes in both uphill and downhill Lincoln and includes unavoidable steps and steep gradients which may not be suitable for all. These tours usually take place monthly on Sundays.
